On April 13, 2010 there was held in Kyiv by Regional office of FES to Ukraine and Belarus, Ukrainian Youth Forum, NGO Student Republic and Ukrainian Student Union meeting of the Youth political discussion club. The event was named "Has youth in Ukraine a right for its own Ministry?" and was devoted to the problems of communication between youth NGOs and governmental structures and monitoring by civil society the state youth policy.
Among the participants of the event there were representatives of different youth movements and organizations, members of Ukrainian Parliament- Oles Doniy and Andriy Pinchuk and deputy minister of the Ministry on Family, Youth and Sports ? Svitlana Tolstoukhova.
