Modernization of Labour Law in Ukraine in the Context of Globalization
On the 23rd of May 2008 the International Conference "Modernization of Labour Law in Ukraine in the Context of Globalization" took place in Kyiv. It was organized by French Embassy in Ukraine, Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and ILO Social Dialogue Project in Ukraine. Opinions regarding conditions of implementation of international and European standards in the Ukrainian labour law and means aiming at insurance of their enforcement were discussed during the conference. The Ukrainian labour law reform from the global perspective was in focus.
